Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, optional business name, contact details, preferred contact method and a description of what is happening. We also receive the page associated with the enquiry and the submission time.

Do not provide passwords, access codes, financial information or other sensitive information through the form.

How we use the information

We use the information to review and respond to the enquiry, understand the service requested, maintain necessary business records and protect the website against misuse.

Website analytics

The website uses Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and which pages are useful. The service is configured without advertising or cross-site tracking and does not receive the information entered into the enquiry form.

How the form is protected and delivered

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare receives the verification token and technical information needed to provide that protection. The website then sends a verified enquiry to Kwik Support by email using Amazon Simple Email Service. The website is hosted by Hostinger.

These providers process the technical and message information needed to protect the form, host the site and deliver the enquiry. Service providers may process information outside South Africa. Kwik Support uses providers and safeguards considered appropriate for the service and the information involved.

Sharing

We do not sell information submitted through the form. We share it only with staff and service providers who need it for the purposes above, or when disclosure is required by law.

Retention and security

Enquiries and related correspondence are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed for the enquiry, a resulting customer relationship, business records or legal obligations. Access is limited according to business need.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If the information is sensitive or urgent, contact us using the telephone number published on this site.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information Kwik Support holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain processing. Some information may need to be retained when the law or a legitimate business requirement applies.
