IT Health Check

Start with a clear conversation

Discuss the pain points, the systems your business depends on and how much technical investigation is useful.

Start with the pain points

You do not need to prepare a technical diagnosis

We begin with what people experience, what is getting in the way and which systems matter most.

Some situations can be understood through discovery and available information. Others need a scoped technical investigation with the price agreed before work begins.

How it works

From discovery to a sensible next step

01

Discovery meeting

Discuss the business, its pain points and the current infrastructure.

02

Agree the depth

Separate a light consultation from work that needs a quoted technical investigation.

03

Review agreed areas

Check the information and systems needed to answer the agreed questions.

04

Provide a basic report

Record the current position, pain points, priorities and practical recommendations.

05

Agree the way forward

Prepare a separate proposal if further investigation or remedial work is wanted.

Important limits

A Health Check is not automatically a full audit

Unless separately scoped, it is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, compliance audit, forensic investigation or guarantee that every fault will be found.

Nothing is changed or commissioned without agreement.

We will agree what needs to be checked and how much detail is useful.
