Spend 30–60 minutes discussing the business, its pain points and the systems it depends on.

Begin with a free 30–60 minute discovery meeting, then agree how much technical investigation is genuinely useful.
Start with the pain points
We begin with what people experience, what is getting in the way and which systems matter most. The initial discovery is free and normally takes 30–60 minutes.
You will receive a short email recap after the conversation. A brief walkthrough or the available information may be enough to identify the next step; any deeper technical review is separately scoped and quoted before work begins.
How it works
Spend 30–60 minutes discussing the business, its pain points and the systems it depends on.
Receive a written summary of the conversation and the next step we recommend.
Decide whether a quick walkthrough is enough or a deeper technical review is useful.
When technical work is needed, agree its scope and price before the investigation begins.
Receive formal written findings after the agreed technical review, with remedial work proposed separately.
Important limits
Unless separately scoped, it is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, compliance audit, forensic investigation or guarantee that every fault will be found.
Nothing is changed or commissioned without agreement.
