Access to information
Use this route to ask about a Kwik Support company record or to submit a formal request under South Africa's access-to-information law.

Start with a clear written request
Email info@kwik.support and identify the record you are seeking, your contact details, the form in which you want access and why the record is required for the exercise or protection of a right.
If you act for another person, include proof that you are authorised to do so. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive records until Kwik Support confirms a suitable delivery method.
Formal PAIA requests
The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 sets the process for requesting a record from a private body. A formal request must use the prescribed form and may be subject to the grounds for refusal, process and fees in the Act and regulations.
